Great Bromley Parish Council would like more information on the reason why the conversion is requested.
The Parish Council takes a keen and active interest in local planning matters and is routinely consulted by the Local Planning Authority, Tendring District Council (TDC), on applications submitted within Great Bromley. From time to time, TDC also seeks the Council’s views on applications outside the Parish where these may affect our community.
Great Bromley Parish Council (GBPC) responds to all such consultations on behalf of residents. TDC will consider, as they judge appropriate, any comments submitted within the statutory deadlines by individuals or organisations. Residents are encouraged to review the published details of planning applications and to share any significant observations with both TDC and GBPC.
